Refund policy

Online Orders

We offer a 30-day return window from the shipping date for eligible products. All approved returns are refunded in the form of a Crooks & Castles e-gift card.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are financially responsible for shipping their return back to us.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Refundable / Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked Final Sale on the product page or in the product description

  • Gift cards

  • Refused or unclaimed packages (these are considered forfeited and not eligible for credit)


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or item, please request a return first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still meet our return eligibility criteria (unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging).


Refunds (Store Credit)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it has been approved.

If approved, an e-gift card will be issued within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@crooksncastles.com.
